What Is Vertical Wall Printing?
Vertical wall printing is an advanced direct-to-surface process used for both interior and exterior spaces. With UV printing technology, artwork can be applied directly onto brick, drywall, stucco, concrete, wood, metal, glass, and other properly prepared surfaces — without vinyl or decals.
A precision, computer-guided wall printer moves vertically and horizontally to produce murals, logos, and high-resolution imagery with sharp detail and vibrant color. UV-cured inks bond directly to the surface, creating a durable, seamless finish that resists peeling and visible seams.

Our quote process begins with an on-site visit where we measure the wall, inspect the surface, and review the space for surface integrity, clearance, and printing parameters.
During this visit, we’ll discuss your image or design, placement, size, and printing parameters to ensure everything is optimized for the best possible result.
This hands-on approach allows us to provide accurate pricing, set clear expectations, and deliver a seamless printing experience from start to finish.
Why not just use vinyl? Vinyl has several limitations, including difficulty adhering to textured surfaces, susceptibility to peeling or tearing, and fading from sunlight or moisture exposure. It can also be costly, environmentally unfriendly, and difficult to remove without damaging the underlying paint. Direct-to-wall printing eliminates these issues. Our process prints directly onto the surface—textured or smooth—using durable UV-cured inks that resist damage and environmental wear. When it’s time for a change, prints can be easily covered with primer and paint.
How long does it take to dry? There’s no drying time required. Our prints cure instantly using UV light technology, allowing the space to be used immediately after printing.
Do you only print on walls? No. While our system is designed for vertical printing, we can also print on many physical items that can be safely oriented and secured vertically. This includes doors, framed canvas, panels, signage, surfboards, metal, acrylic, glass, and more.
Can you print on dark surfaces? Yes. We use white ink technology, which allows images and colors to appear vibrant and accurate even on dark or non-white surfaces.
What if my wall has outlets, switches, or other obstacles? Every space is unique. We carefully plan around outlets, switches, panels, windows, columns, and other features to ensure the final print looks intentional, balanced, and professionally executed.
What is the maximum print size and required margins? Vertical wall printing allows for virtually unlimited height and length. To ensure safe and accurate printing, we typically maintain margins of approximately 12 inches from the floor and ceiling, and 4–6 inches from adjacent walls or corners.
Are the prints durable? Yes. Our UV- cured inks bond directly to the surface, making prints highly durable and resistant to everyday wear. Unlike vinyl, small surface damage does not cause peeling or compromise the surrounding print, allowing for easier touch-ups if needed.
Can the printed surface be cleaned? Absolutely. Once cured, the printed surface is resilient and can be cleaned using common products such as soap and water, disinfectant wipes, isopropyl alcohol, and other standard or industrial cleaners.
How long does the printing process take? Most projects are completed within a few hours, depending on size and complexity—significantly faster than traditional mural or vinyl installations.
